To secure your fitting appointment, full payment of the fitting fee is required at the time of booking.
All custom golf club orders require full payment prior to placing the order, as every build is tailored specifically to your specifications.
This ensures prompt processing and delivery of your equipment.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the fitting fee and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
Fitting fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours, you may reschedule your booking instead.
For mobile on-course fittings, once a booking has been confirmed and green fees have been secured, these costs are non-refundable.
If a mobile fitting is rescheduled, new green fees may be required for the new booking date and will be payable by the client.
If you need to rearrange your booking, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Mobile fittings take place outdoors and are dependent on suitable weather conditions.
In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, snow, or unsafe playing conditions, your fitting will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
You will be contacted as early as possible to arrange an alternative date.
All custom-built golf clubs are delivered free of charge directly to your door.
Delivery times vary depending on manufacturer build schedules and component availability.
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Fitting fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Appointments may be rescheduled in line with the cancellation policy above.
Due to the custom-built nature of golf clubs, all equipment orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Rebuild and upgrade work involving custom-ordered components, shafts or grips cannot be cancelled or refunded once parts have been ordered.
All rebuild and upgrade work is carried out with care and attention to detail using professional build processes and components.
Warranty coverage applies to workmanship and any manufacturer defects relating to newly supplied components only.
Existing club heads and customer-supplied equipment are not covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse are not covered.

If you have any concerns after receiving your clubs, please get in touch and we will work with you to ensure your equipment performs as expected.
All golf clubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
For PXG equipment, warranty coverage is provided directly by PXG and protects against manufacturing defects.
If any issues arise, King Golf will assist you in facilitating the warranty process.

All fittings take place in a live golf environment and involve normal risks associated with hitting golf balls and golf equipment.
King Golf operates all fitting sessions in a controlled and professional manner to help provide a safe experience for all clients.
During your fitting, please:
• Follow all instructions provided during the session
• Remain aware of your surroundings at all times
• Stand in safe designated areas when not hitting shots
• Only one golfer should hit shots at a time
• Inform King Golf of any injuries or medical conditions which may affect participation
By attending a fitting session, clients agree to follow all safety guidance provided during the appointment.
